In the United States and around the world, there is a growing investment in school climate reform as a data-driven improvement strategy for K-12 schools. The National School Climate Council (2007) describes the culture of a positive school climate in the following ways: â€Å"A sustainable, positive school climate fosters youth development and learning necessary for a productive, contributive, and satisfying life in a democratic society.
